Roslin Institute and The Chicken of The Future – for the FT Weekend Magazine

The opportunity to photograph inside the Roslin Institute and meet pioneering scientists working on genetic modification came when the Financial Times Magazine commissioned me to photograph a piece on “The Chicken of the Future” in December last year.

The article was published later in January and the tearsheets are here for you to see. It was a privilege to spend a few days at the Roslin Institute just outside Edinburgh. Famed for creating Dolly The Sheep – Roslin is a major international centre for research on molecular and quantitative genetics of farm animals, and poultry science. I really valued the opportunity to meet such intelligent and inspiring individuals working at the top of their game.
